MOSCOW CARGO IS A GSA AND GHA OF POBEDA AIRLINE IN SHEREMETYEVO

On May 1, the low-cost airline Pobeda, a member of the Aeroflot Group, launched a full-scale flight programme from Sheremetyevo International Airport.
The programme is being implemented as a part of the Aeroflot Group's strategy, which involves optimizing the Aeroflot's route network and fleet, taking into account the growing demand for low-cost transportation.
Pobeda chose the Moscow Cargo terminal, a strategic partner of Aeroflot Group that successfully handles airfreight of Aeroflot and Rossiya airlines, as a ground handling agent. Modern infrastructure, production resources, qualified personnel, as well as effective interaction with other divisions of the airport and companies of the Sheremetyevo International Airport Group allow Moscow Cargo LLC to ensure compliance with the standard set by Pobeda for servicing the airline's turnaround flights.
Taking into account the non-standard technology of servicing low-cost aircrafts, which requires simultaneous execution of a number of operations, Pobeda invited Moscow Cargo LLC to become the Airline's General Agent to sell cargo transportation at Sheremetyevo airport. According to the carrier, this solution will optimize the process of organizing cargo shipments from Sheremetyevo by reducing the links in the logistics chain.
In total, Pobeda's summer schedule includes flights from Sheremetyevo to 14 domestic destinations. Since May 11, flights to Perm are operated twice a day, flights to Makhachkala and Cheboksary have begun.
At the second stage, which will begin on June 1, flights to Gorno-Altaysk, Yekaterinburg, Nalchik, St. Petersburg, Sochi and Ufa will be launched; On June 2, Petrozavodsk will be added to the network of flights from Sheremetyevo. The third stage involves the launch of flights to Barnaul, Vladikavkaz, Mineralnye Vody and Ulyanovsk from July 1.
In the summer season, Pobeda will operate up to 20 flights a day from Sheremetyevo.
